Critical Liability & Refund Disclaimer
Trading cryptocurrencies involves high risk. AlgoMesh provides zero guarantees, holds no custodial funds, and is not liable for any financial losses. All platform purchases are strictly non-refundable. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the compiler.
1. Zero Liability & Absolute Indemnification

- AlgoMesh does NOT act as a broker, financial advisor, asset custodian, or execution intermediary. We hold no authority over your funds, Binance wallets, or exchange accounts.
- Any financial loss, strategy slippage, trade failure, Binance API downtime, liquidity liquidation, or hardware discrepancy incurred while using compiled algorithms is 100% the responsibility of the operator (you).
- AlgoMesh, its developers, and affiliates bear ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY for any financial impact, direct or indirect, resulting from your trading activities.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable Purchases
- All purchase transactions, active developer memberships, and Early Adopter subscriptions (including the ₹3,999 Quant plan) are final, absolute, and STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
